Love seeing the way you processed & are making this quilt for your daughter. I love it when the kids ask homemade items - it warms my heart. I'm working on finishing up a quilt that my son (in college now) has asked me to make for him & now his sister (my oldest) has asked for one. My youngest daughter took the last quilt I made for herself. I love that they want one & they want me to make it for them. I can't wait to see how your daughter's quilt turns out.

I have a 15 year old…I get teenagers. My daughter wanted to start with a paint color for the basis of decorating her room. We finally found some fabric in the muted blue & yellow tones of Gingham Foundry fabric and she likes the Lella Boutique Kaleidoscope quilt pattern which I am currently piecing.
