I’m so proud of them--the girls progress is amazing! Mariah was progressing a lot until the finger break so went back a little bit the tumbling instruction at our gym is top notch. Never seen so many kids in a gym advance in tumbling at such a fast rate until we got to Flip! 💙🖤🌀

Here are a couple of things you might try for your headaches that might help. One is an ice pack, also a tight band over the worst of the pain (I only do these at home). Also I found out for me that chocolite, and pork will and soda will help.

Hey hope Evie is feeling better! Last week I had a headache for a few days that worsened when I moved my head down. Maybe it was a sinus headache. I now have a small cold. It started with a funny feeling throat and a slight runny nose and now it gets stuffy a little bit, haven’t really been sneezing. Maybe it’s a sinus infection or a cold( I am a toddler teacher)

I don’t think clover wants the Christmas outfit on. I know it looks nice but I’d take it off if she doesn’t like it. When my female Jackmrusselw as a puppy we were at puppy classes and told we had to dress out dogs up for Christmas. So we reluctantly got an outfit but our dog HATED it. She will wear her jumper when it’s really cold and she is really cold but she HATES her Christmas outfit. If the outfit doesn’t fit then wouldn’t taking it back be the better option?
