Martin, just trying to help so, please dont think Im being an a hole. I was losing weight then it stopped so I ate less to try to start the weight loss again but it didnt, I started gaining weight & my ibs was so bad I went to see my gp. She explained we should weigh once a month & to increase the food again she also said to try & change my meals from week to week. Im also diabetic anway, long story short it works. Im by no means interfering just wanted to share it with you. x Love to Sharon x

A lot of dis information out there Caroline, Most Doctors are not up to date with the latest dietary information but there is a wealth of proven information supporting this eating plan for life and for correcting illness within the body. I have lost a stone in weight and got my blood sugars under control by basically cutting out all processed foods, drinking water, green tea and the off coffee and it's such a common thing that some people can't tolerate certain veg. Since I have cut it out, there is no more bloating issues. This is backed up by plenty of research. I have not gone into this lightly, I have done loads of research. All of this off the back of a bad infection in December when everything was out of control.

HI, I do my toad in hole straight in the Corsori. Cook sausages for ten minutes, add batter cook 20 minutes . you can just lift it out of the pan , comes out perfect now I use your recipe for yorkshire pudding. happy days!

I like the look of both Sharon and Martin’s meals. Not sure if toad in the hole would work in my little air fryer, but I will definitely try it. I have 3 different ways I enjoy my tinned mackerel; in a toastie; mixed through with pasta, or mixed with rice. Martin..have green beans, greens, asparagus..with your meat..They should be ok..I would stir fry mushrooms peppers green beans to that fish with some spices. Now don't shoot the messenger,but lard to much butter with high carb is not good..Brilliant without refine carbs tho.Been on Keto and low carb for years now,so well educated on this. Also when you took your BL 6.7 the next morning after fish quite high..If you had taken it after the fish a couple of hours later..Your BL would have been quite a bit higher. Being diabetic keto is for life...Love u both..Derry hides lol xxx

Shame that u cannot eat cauliflower,because cauliflower cheese mash is lovely as a shepherds pie topping, and put into the oven. Get Sharon to make fat head dough for pizza or sausage rolls..home made crackers..Very easy to make and keto friendly. Easy to find on youtube...you can even use it as a pie crust. Many keto muffins on youtube..look up Headbangers Kitchen, and Keto focus..brilliant ideas for keto..xx

It’s your fault shaz am bleeding craving for it now after watching this video it looks so delicious 😋 … Martin I’d have your fish dish for starters cooked in that top of the range butter ( kerrygold ) ya can’t beat it. Shaz you should consider having a cook book with your recipes and top tips published, I know a home cook who has written all her recipes and took pictures of the dish she has cooked, sent all the recipes with pictures to Amazon, Amazon print the book and sell it for you, i’d buy it for sure. Most off the bones in sardines macral salmon Is classed as healthy as the fish itself , The fish bones are loaded with calcium, and doddle to chew, Eat fish twice a week for health benefits, to much fish in week can be bad for you I would say 3-4 times a week Not 3-4 times a day 😂

Gosh chatting prob too much tonight, but I have been told by mother, and grandmother to always use fat from previous roast .Same as you, which was kept in cup in fridge ,to make gravy, flour to hot oil, gravy browning juices from cooked meat and if not enough then maybe a stock cube or jelly. Same as you water from greens, also add a pinch of bicarb to greens to keep them green.

Hi Martin and Sharon, a lovely meal Sharon. Do you not have gravy on your dinner Sharon. I always use your Yorkshire pudding recipe Sharon and they are always spot on. Have you got a new jumper it's very nice. When i used to have my Rottweiler and i was peeling carrots he used to pay down behind me and many a time i fell over him, he used to love carrots. I had to have him put to sleep, he was 13 years and 1 day old, his back end went so he couldn't get about, that was 22 years ago and i still miss him. For my tea i had tuna fish and salad, i couldn't follow your diet Martin, just eating mainly the fish
