If you haven't been keeping up with Jurassic World Alive for a while here's the scoop. Basically the first meta that ever emerged from this game was with Velociraptor. The dino was super fast would half opponents attack and be swapped out, ready to use again. Ludia implemented a way to balance this with resilient moves. That would remove an attack debuff and slow down the enemy. This was the norm, until now.

Sonorasaurus is really bad to use now, cuz the Devastation ability is delayed 2 turns and by then it'd probably be dead because it can't reduce its opponent's speed anymore

Gaming Beaver, in little nightmares 2 you said that there was a loop of Mono becoming the thin man trying to save his past self and dying from his past self and six going to the maw to take the lady’s place and dying from her past self. So we got the answer of the antagonists and protagonists but how about the other creatures? We burned the doctor in the furnace but if the loop starts again then how come there is another doctor every single loop? Does a creature become the doctor or does the doctor come from another land to operate on the creatures in the mainland? I dont know and also how does the janitor regrow his arms when six chops off them? MAYBE THE JANITOR GOES TO THE DOCTOR? Because we see lots of masks in the doctor chapter in LN2 so maybe thats it. These creatures have missing limbs but can be back attached. But if the doctor got the mask for the janitor then how did the janitor go blind folded? Maybe it was a trap or maybe the mask was loose? So many questions. Now it makes sense for the guests to be returning to feast because they come from a different land as we see them walk into the maw from a boat. Now how can there be another granny in the maw over and over again in the loop maybe another granny comes from another land? Simple is not a word in the LN universe so there is no clear answer to all that says but some answers are clear to what we see. Now we don’t know where Mono comes from but I think Mono is one of the runaway kids that was able to escape the Lady ( Adult Six) and go through a TV. This was my theory of the creatures in the loop of coming back again from the dead, missing limbs and where they are from hopefully you enjoyed this theory of the LN

I’m not exactly sure what’s going on in the higher ranks and what not, but this new resilient change has made resilient creatures almost useless. Being unable to slow your opponent while you take pounce after raking claws after cunning rampage makes them much more annoying. Even with high armor, they can still do a number on you. Creatures that still have their speed decrease abilities are hard to come by as well. The fact that the sloths and the terror birds have a better chance at beating other cunnings ( thanks to their speed boost abilities ) really shows that this new resilient change is causing a bit of a imbalance between the different dinosaur classes.

This update is big stinky. I’m level 13 and used to use sarcoixis a lot and he would be pretty good. Killing raptors with its slow down hit. But now it’s not that good and something is always faster. Ludia will look like an idiot changing it but they need to.

I like change. So it’s alright. I was already working on the non-classic dinos prior to any updates so sometimes it works in my favour and sometimes it dosent . For now I would say that it kind of did . Was working on the unique snake a lot so it’s nice they did some evasive bleed move plus it’s swap preventive and I’m pretty sure they increased the stun immunity to 75% . My lucky star for the moment .

Haven’t even finish the Jurassic work the game video but I’m still here Edit: I sorta hate the resilient change I kinda liked have something to save me from a level 300 velociraptor, but now unless you have decelerating moves or that one other move you can’t slow creatures down. And all the vulnerability resilient has done is make swap in even worse (I hate swap in meta I’m looking at you swap in stunners).

It doesn't seem you've played the game much since the update. Firstly Hadros lux one shot most Trykos now (it can do 6700 against 30% armour turn 1) Secondly Testacornibus could well be the best creature is the game. Easily top 5.

Honestly I really don't like this update because I'm only in the factory and I just see raptor over wrapped and raptor and my only raptor counter was a resilient class so now I'm pretty much screwed so what I would do is go for resilient impact which would decrease the speed and then get rid of my debuff have like maybe a thousand health left and then just go for a normal attack but now this happened I'm just being killed by like these level 25 raptors like Max attack

I wish they removed the cloak and evasive and camo removal moves because cloak especially was almost impractical considering nearly every creature can remove cloak and I know cloak is pretty op but only two creatures out of the nearly 200 creatures had cloak while probably 75% of the creatures can remove cloak and also indom and erlidom aren't very fast so they'll probably get cloak removed as soon as they use it

At the end of the day, this game is all about choices and circumstances. It is of the player's own free will to decide on what Creatures they want to work on or not, only for said Creatures to be buffed or nerfed in an upcoming update. There is no one else to blame but the player's self. No matter if a Creature is incredibly strong or other players suggest others into investing in this or that. No matter what the player chooses, everything comes at a risk of being buffed or nerfed, and they're forced to live with and find ways to adapt to the changes when they happen whether they like it or not. Couldn't agree more! I've been a super casual in this game: f2p lvl 11 getting most creatures to lvl 10 - 15 for hybrids. Reason being is that eventually I'll have the resources and creatures of all types to play with. If you have say, every tier upgraded to 20/30 that are currently the best hybrids of each that can currently be created then you can easily over time spread boosts around them all. Whinging about your "one ring to rule them all" dino no longer being the same just shows you lost sight of the basics you were taught at the start, and should use ALL your dinos

1:34 I keep seeing people say that resilient creatures are bad because the speed decrease was swapped for vulnerability. That's not the problem at all because that's how it should work since fierce creatures are supposed to cleanse it. It's the fact that they don't make the opponent vulnerable before attacking and it happens after, with vulnerability causing the target dinosaur to take 2x the damage they would normally (dinosaurs don't take twice the amount of damage while vulnerable, but that's what it should be). Meaning everyone hates the update because of one massive mistake that they made to the move since vulnerability moves still exist, so why have a completely different move that is a better vulnerability move? I hope they change it to strike after making the dinosaur vulnerable and that vulnerable dinosaurs take twice the damage so that people will use that skill more.

NERF the Creatures with problematic meta abilities. You do not have to change the defining class ability function across multiple dinos that now feel are not working properly. or feel totally off. Makes no sense to me why they would not give reshuffle option with change this grand. I feel like they should also consider more on the fact that Raids ( specially Apex boss) do require specific or certain amount on Speed/Attack/Hp on certain creatures to counter it. (You can play with different strats, but I found that having even 1 decent dino for Apex boss is not enough). So often I gotta consider; Do I invest Stat Boosts to improve my Arena Battle team? Or in my raid team? o.O Vulnerability makes predicting attacks and their damage hard. PS: Would be good to have ingame info about Vulnerable multiplier.
