@heuvelke1065 no it doesn't blowing out the brightness literally does not. It would look 10thousand times better without. Blowing out the brightness is a trend the hide shoddy work. Putting that slop in an indie project shows this was not a project of love but of slop. It has no soul.

Criticism may be legitimate, but this is clearly a labour of love, especially given that it’s a fan project that will never be monetized. Let’s show a little more respect, even if we’re giving some honest critic. I happen to agree with you for the most part with the lighting.

@chrisvainio It's looks like an garden variety unreal engine rehash pile of horseslop that does not respect the source material and is just blowing out the gamma because of a shoulder shrug "that's just what you do in a remake". No thought was put into it just following a soulless corporate trend. And I don't have to show respect on the grounds you think you can read the creators mind and in your made up thoughts of theirs you find that thinking it isn't a labor of love DESERVES unquestioning respect you are off your rocker. Give your head a shake and next time you see a comment you disagree with have not your first instinct be to pil pull how it crosses some imaginary line in your pampered feelings.
