Luocha is the best healer hands down. I've used both Bailu and Huo Huo and now Huo Huo and Luocha run with my two dps, one being Blade. Blade taking his own hp will trigger Luocha's healing ability and the second time his field effect triggers on it's own. I don't even need to use skill points on him he does it himself and Blade only uses one for a couple turns. They're an insane combination with almost no skill point consumption

As a Luocha and Bailu haver you're so right. Bailu is gimmicky due to her skill not targeting certain low HP characters, her revive and damage reduction help a bit but she's situational if you have Huo Huo or Luocha. Huo Huo is good for teams that need more energy and Luocha for SP hungry teams, they are on par and depends on the rest of the team

I used Bailu religiously before I got Loucha on his first run. The amount he heals is so much more than Bailu. The cleanse is just the icing on top. The only thing bailu has over Loucha is the revive, but to be frank you don't need the revive since your team becomes virtually unkillable with Loucha.

Bailu DOES make your team tankier, though, thanks to Invigoration and her A2/A6 traces; 10% max HP boost, 10% damage reduction and an instant heal the moment any of your teammates get hit is really strong and shouldn't be slept on. Luocha can heal for a shitton of health, but he can't stop your buffer from getting randomly one-tapped. Bailu likely can, and even IF she can't she can just revive the bitch lmao.

My take will be 0. Ruan Mei (since she isnt part of being considered by that time) 1. Bronya 2. Jingliu 3. Fu Xuan 4. Silverwolf 5. Dan IL 6. Loucha >/= Hou Hou 7. Tingyun (being single target buffer and energy support, she have less use for me honestly compared to the other above. If this is Genshin, yeah she will be Top 3, but this is turn-base and her low defensive stats that even require Tank build to even survive diminishes her in my book.) 8. Kafka 9. Pela (I personally would put her on 5 due to area of coverage of the debuff she provides) 10. Blade > Seele

i put my fu xuan against the new weekly boss and i have to say, her - loucha - ruan mei - jingliu She litterly absorbed all the damage i got bursted on allone, then healed herself to full hp with her passiv. And i thought, damn, im so glad i have her! she is so strong

Tbh, it just sounds like Ricky looked at a mid MOC tierlist saw which was higher in the chart, and said, “how bout we get most of the higher characters and randomize their positions a bit so they think we arn’t copying.” When they were obviously copying, and how about our Kafka in their for good measure to get clicks… The fact they think this is a valid tierlist kinda disgusts me.

Tbf tho, all chrs are still viable, but some of those positions should’ve def been swapped and some should’ve been raked by other chrs. Personally if I were to try to make a top 10 during 1.5, it would probably be: 10. seele, 9. Blade, 8. Loucha, 7. Tingyun, 6. Silver wolf, 5. Fu xuan, 4. Huo Huo, 3. Bronya, 2. DHIL, and 1. Jingliu. Reason? Mostly due to meta back then: seele and blade do really good dmg, but as up to now, single target dmg still doesn’t have a good enough niche that can beat the overwhelming dmg of current destruction. Blade, while having good survivability and dmg, isn’t really useful outside of SU due to most of his potential due to blessings being there, with decent, to somewhat lower dmg then seele in MOC. Loucha, SW, and tingyun are this low not because their bad, but just the fact of being harder to put higher. Loucha is good for all types of modes, but what holds him back is that he doesn’t have much else besides healing and debuffing, meaning that while he is good at healing, he isn’t as good in other stuff like attack or buffing, which really didn’t help with how 1.5 was, tingyun and SW is ranked similarly, however, their also ranked this low due to what the other chrs higher can do, and how well they can do it. Now to fu xuan, Huo Huo, and Bronya. These are ranked high due to their versatility: fu xuan is a semi-immortal tank with harmony buffs, which is able to heal back to almost full when low, and able to lower the dmg done to other chrs. Huo Huo is a cleansing healer that will heal in a blast area, healing the whole team, as well as a harmony ult that buffs all teammates and gives a percentage back of their energy. Bronya is a harmony super buffer which is able to forward a unit’s turn up by 100%, and give mega atk buffs. Tbh, u could swap any of the positions around for these 3, but they do deserve to be in the top 5 at least. Now to the actual discussion… *DHIL and Jingliu…* I ranked them based on 3 criteria since their both destruction: 1. How easy are they to use? 2. Who has high dmg. 3. How big are the costs.. since u already know the ranking, how about we go over why I put DHIL 2nd. While DHIL does more dmg then jingliu, the constant consumption of SP isn’t sustainable, having to set aside SP you should be using for other buffers and for the healer, as well as wasted turns, which over time adds up, with no way of stockpiling, which QQ, another SP-consuming chr, has. another problem is that unless it’s full stacks, the amount of dmg DHIL deals out isn’t that much more then other DPSs, with more of his dmg coming from consuming 4 SP, which, unless you have scales, or 4 SP constantly, your not going to get the full potential of DHIL. The reason why I Put jingliu 1st, is that she is able to solve all the problems DHIL has, but at a lesser cost. Jingliu spend 2 SP to get into her state, which can do similar, to equal dmg to DHIL, only for 2 SP, - which would take DHIL 8 SP - allowing those SP to be distributed better to other chrs, with the downsides being a minor hp loss to the whole team, startup time, and the state leaving after 2 attacks normally, this however, as of 1.5, could be inf stacked by using tingyun and Huo Huo to get her ult to recover a stack, making a practically inf state jingliu, which when paired with a Eng reg rope, is able to maintain state for practically the rest of the fight, while DHIL would have to consume more SP, and even if we say without Tingyun or Huo Huo, giving a Eng rope to jingliu will still give her more turns in the state, and in turn, more dmg over time. In general, jingliu is just a better DHIL even if she does have slightly lower dmg, because her cons can’t even compare to her pros, while DHIL’s cons hold him too much back. (Also this is my opinion, but I still think it’s better then the watch mojo shit.)

Personally, I'd rank them in a category because it's hard to determine who's better when you're comparing a DPS to a sustain. Fu Xuan at 9 is wild. If I would be ranking the limited sustain it would be Fu Xuan > Huohuo >= Luocha. Having Fu Xuan in your team literally saves you from getting one shot and that small heal is just enough for my need. Huohuo and Luocha is kinda even, ranking changes based on how much SP your team consumes. Ranking the DPS, it would be Jingliu > DHIL > Argenti Buffer would be Bronya >= Ruan Mei > Tingyun Debuffer would be SW >= Pela (If 0 cycling) I'm not that familiar with follow-up atk meta so this is just my ranking based on my playstyle

​ @tovarishcheleonora8542 Na I cant lie, I used dh since day 1 and at first it was confusing but it was easy to learn how to play around it. its not that hard to save and manage if you use Fu Xuan/Pela, ILDH, tingyun and Ultimate bailu (ult regens rather than skill heal, luocha is also good too) if you dont have enough sp by the time its his turn then you gotta be playing it wrong or something. just using him with characters that normal attack / ult is fine. Also Sparkle is coming out here in 2.0 and she'll be an SP Support so its a perfect match for DH
