This channel has awaken something in me. I had a really rough childhood living in a dysfunctional family and I've been struggling with the results (traumas) from that my entire adulthood. Building it off-site and having experts move it to the mountain location is a stroke of genius! Me too, and it's been quite the ride. I must admit that this is the very first time I've been SO confused about what's going on. This video gave the impression that this all happened long ago, maybe even last fall. At one point in the negotiations it said "two months later" and then Spencer said they would come back in Spring 2023, which is now passed. Are they selling what they've built and starting over? Are they still going to use shipping containers? What's happening with the cabin build that we've been watching the last few weeks?
