One minute you're figuring out a puzzle, then using your whip to get over a chasm, then sneaking past a guard, then picking up a guitar and banging it over his head. Overall, it's a proven fact, the series X is a more powerful console. The series X comes with 1TB, while the ps5 is almost 200GB smaller. The series X has more teraflops (CPU processing). The series X has quick resume (absolutely incredible). Yes, the ps5 has a cool controller. But Xbox needs to put more focus on games. Xbox won the console battle, but ps5 has a lot of cool "exclusive" games. Xbox definitely has a lot of very cool games, you could easily play for hours. But it needs more games. I think a challenge is making games that work on series X and series S. Maybe they should start a "series X only" line of games. Although, that wouldn't be fair to series S owners.

Id give it to Sony Ff7 rebirth and silent hill 2 were my favorite experiences of the year so far and looking forward to checking out black myth wukong. Although xbox did alright, ill say it wasnt their worst year and ended 2024 fairly strong. Hellblade 2, age of mythology, flight simulator, Stalker 2, Indiana Jones. I guess COD black ops 6 & Diablo 4 if you want to count them even as a xbox fan i dont because they were coming regardless. But yeah that does fail in comparison to ff7 rebirth, rise of the ronin, steller blade, helldivers 2, silent hill 2, black myth wukong astrobot. 2025 should be a interesting year, hopefully xbox is able to deliver year round and not wait till the end to deliver strong games because hellblade 2 in may really just made a wimper compared to other releases.

Because of disappointment of the first party side from beta games release to too little content. As it stands now things doesn't look good for Sony as the woke culture r spreading and infecting beloved franchises causing them to fail one after the other, Sony exclusive content is no longer attractive, the closed model is backfiring at Sony . The 3rd person action adventure template Sony use with all its exclusive games to showcase impressive visuals is no longer working. The concept of denying others playing highly anticipated games , while maybe temporarily lucrative, is hatful to the gaming industry at the long run.. There is literally not one single reason for anyone to choose a ps over Xbox other than exclusive content, Not 1. @@momanizif I’m a brand slave then that would mean jm that way towards Xbox, PlayStation, PC and VR, as I have all of those. Xbox controllers as well as PlayStation controllers get stick drift and it’s up to the user to decide which button layout is better. PlayStation controllers have more features, is more customizable, and having played Xbox and PlayStation a lot, i can say the directional pads are far more precise than Xbox’s. Only point id give Xbox is battery life, but you have to get your own batteries 😅. I say Xbox controllers are great if you just want to play the game and don’t care about fancy features. And that is very much me half the time. That’s why is still have my two Xbox’s, I love them. But don’t blantanly lie to yourself saying the controllers are superior, as they simply are not. And I’m glad you didn’t mention anything about games again.

@ Once the Steam console is out, next to nothing will be exclusive on either console. Steam will ultimately win in about 5 years. Steams ' exclusive library and pricing structure is just too enticing. All we need is a smoother OS + controller. Both are coming.

I have both ps5 pro & series x it simple both console good & both have pro & cons now if you only buying 1 tough call cheaper options series s & gamepass but if you don't like xbox first party games then go for ps5 but remember you getting 3rd party games eventually drop on both ps subscription & gamepass stop console war pointless sony & xbox not send you free games or subscription just game on which platform you like better & enjoy the games

Forza horizon is the only reason I got an Xbox since the 360 gran Turismo 7 is the only game I got the Ps5 slim since the Ps2 now Since horizon is on PC and soon GT7 coming to PC there was less reason for me to own both consoles this generation cause both Microsoft and Sony are more pushing for the PC platform now I only game on PC moving forward 😊

Well Microsoft cea said that the Xbox division has no more money. Xbox consoles will stay but other things won’t I’m going to be. Building the same library as Xbox on the ps5 pro it’s ironic.
