I started my locs with the comb curl method and I'm very happy. I use rose water mixed with aloe vera juice and argon oil mixed with tea tree oil.

@@TsiporaOnTv in the beginning I used to but I don't anymore. I deep condition their hair before the initial start so they don't need one after unless the hair absolutely needs it. (Mine stay on their schedule so they don't) My clients purchase and use my Daily Hydrating mists (like rosewater) and oils to help in the process. I hope that helps.
