Damn Sam, I've been with you since you won the binder from Lucas. I can relate to all of this. I have definitely gone through the turning off of emotions and It's really difficult for me to turn them on again since its been nearly 4 years since my transition started. Lately I've been seeing it everywhere, it's weird, the past couple days in different places I've seen things like "Be emotional," or "don't forget how to feel." And now this. I know I should, and I guess I should figure that out and get to it then. Thanks Sam, don't stop making videos, you're one of the most insightful people in this community and perhaps that I've heard in general. - Jerry

+Kirby3585 I remember when I first started getting back into this a couple of months ago I scrolled through my subs and saw just how long you've been subscribed and I was so amazed that even though it's been so damn long you sitll watch and leave your thoughts on my videos. It's fantastic it really makes me feel closer to whatever it is the hell I'm doing. As for turning off your emotions I really hope you get that sorted because you deserve to feel and experience life to the highest degree. (thank you for the hair tips as wel for now i'm still yellow out of fear) I hope you have a great day! Thank you for the comment and your sub I genuinely appreciate it.

This is really what I needed at the moment. Letting yourself be whoever you want to be and not feeling the pressure to be a certain type of (trans) guy is hard.

+Alex Potter Especially when trans masculine individuals are more respected within the community. It takes time but it is well worth figuring out who you really are.

As a cis guy I always objected to those who assumed I should have an interest in the typical team sports. I've avoided groups like that and tend to walk away from groups that get involved in such subjects. I tended to have a lot of interests that others couldn't relate to but that was fine with me. As a result I've become a specialist in areas few others can claim to know.

+tobyr3 Leaving a look of surprise on ignorant people's faces is quite possibly my favorite part about embracing your own hobbies and talent. You know those types of people who believe in gender based hobbies who never knew that guys could do ballet and be good at it or girls could be bad-ass mechanics. I love proving those types of people wrong and completely shattering their views, because those types of thoughts were instilled in them and I like to think it opens a door of opportunity for them when they see that they have the potential to be good at anything they choose.

+Sam Armijo - Good thinking Sam. I'm sure you are helping to enlighten some and perhaps even opening doors of opportunity for some of them.

ALSO JUST MY TWO CENTS: I've had white hair before, and my hair is naturally a very dark almost black. I bleached it twice with quick blue and then put in lavender. The lavender faded to gray then white with a couple showers.
