Ahh, I'm so glad it made it there without breaking! I used every bit of bubble wrap that I had haha.. And as you could probably tell, I made a make shift box so it stayed nice and tight and didn't move around. I'm so glad you like it! We loved the one that we got after our son was born so I thought I would try and re-create one for you guys. My son sat next to me and did his little crafts while I worked on it so I'm sure he'll be so excited to watch this video. Ill have to show him tmrw xoxo

I wouldn't do anything. I mean, you said no, they shouldn't have done it. But is it really that big of a deal? The biggest deal is that you had said no. Like you said, if they hadn't asked and it was just on there you wouldn't have thought anything bad of it. You would have thought it was cool. I would just put it behind you and move on from it. Don't stress about it or give it anymore time than it's already taken from you. You have a beautiful baby girl, and a wonderful KZbin channel to put your time into.

I'm honestly not sure what I would do in that situation to be honest. I think they were just trying to get your contact information. Social Security Numbers are very personal, its one of those things you just don't give out unless its to the government or for a job. That is pretty sketchy though. Although im deffs gonna go back and watch that vlog!

I would definitely look into what your rights are and, if anything can be done, contact someone who can draw up a formal letter...those always scare people. Most of the time, stupid loopholes rear their ugly heads but sometimes those loopholes work in your favor.

First growth spurt scared me, thinking I had supply issues with breast feeding, nope it was the first of many growth spurts. 2-3 weeks, 6-8 weeks, six months, nine months. Some days felt like all i did was nurse. Hang in there. Beautiful baby! And Katie you look great!!

I have video of my three year old daycare kiddo chasing a laser pointer too lol he loved it! I would take some kind of legal action if possible. Since they asked and you said no and you have that documented, it's just rude that they went ahead and used it anyway after bugging you guys so much. Even if it's just a little legal thing, I think it's more about the principle of the matter than any kind of compensation you might gain.

I am not an attorney, but I would seek information from an attorney about licensing issues regarding images, likeness etc. I know there is something widely used called "sampling" were only a few seconds of a song, footage etc can be used in television & song with out payment. I would seek advice.
