My wife was afraid of the little kitty puppy! Now she wouldn't have any other type puppy! Tessy ate the couch,the recliner. Then chewed 2 holes in the wall,of our new home . Which I had to replace. Then one day Tessy protected her from a stranger! Love is a wonderful thing!!!

I have an eight month old. The vet said she has too much energy!😂 I rescued her off the street in a desert in Southern California. I dont really know how to calm her down except with lots of walks..😊

I have a pittie who’s not a puppy (she’s four) but she gets very restless at night. Playing tug with a toy and throwing it for her to chase tires her out pretty quick and makes her really happy. Hope this helps and good luck with the puppy!!

Pitbulls really surprised me with how gentle and loving they are. I bring pup cups to the shelter on Mondays and try to take one for a walk. When I met Zero he was 11 months old and returned to the shelter 5 times, so I thought this walk would be chaotic. Total opposite. He didn't walk, he bounced happily, and when it came for the mandatory sit in the grass and give them some love, I was a bit apprehensive. He's a big boy, returned 5 times and I don't have experience with Pitbulls. So I sit down and he charges me in a split second, full speed, just to nose dive into my lap for belly rubs. Knew I was adopting him right away. Just the best dog ever......even though he tends to break my recliners because he insists on climbing up on the back so he can rest his head next to mine.

My lab puppy loved to nibble on my thumb qhen he was teething, and still would do it as an adult dog when he was feeling vulnerable or wanted attention. 🥰 Stormi...the rolling and the hippity hops. And the sneak attacks on Knightie lolol. ❤️

Am on my 6th Staffy . They are the best dog's. The smallest out of the pitbulls. They are short haired so grooming is next to zero ..except for bathing 😂 good luck most hate rain / water . I had one who lovec her swimming pool . As they get older 2 year's old they turn into couch dog's. Let them out and watch them zoomie out then its time for a 8 hour nap 😂 Am 58 year's old so these dog's are perfect for me. I use to have German Shepherds when I was younger but due to spine issues.I figured I'd give this breed a chance. I couldn't be any happier ❤❤❤

I own a Pitbull for 10 years. Loved him dearly. Great dog but you are always outcasted. Lots of responsibility. Lots of excerise and mental stimulation! never started a fight but always ended it cause of loose running dogs.

They grow up to be powerful dogs who are usually not the smartest dogs in the pack if you know what I mean. They are also high energy and can be an absolute terror if not given the time and exercise they need. They are not for everyone, not by a long shot. But if raised in a loving environment they can be some of the sweetest dogs in the world.
