Basically said don't carry anything nice, if you get approached just give them your vehicle keys, purse, phone, whatever they want isn't worth your life .....something like that. Mpls had 700 stolen vehicles JUST in the month of January... and no body really says anything. 😂I think I remember something recently about our DA wanting to sue KIA cuz I guess they're easy to steal....again-never mind the Criminals doing the stealing. Ah, but that doesn't count as "crime" in his book, nor do theft, arson, murder, rape, etc. Misgendering someone and the like are the crimes he's focusing on. Decreasing the amount of funding for police isn't 'defunding' because the money got spent elsewhere. Or maybe he means they were "less-funded", not "defunded", because some funds were still sent to the police.
