@ghost robles 😂you’re talking to a mountain runner. All i do for fun is steer and shift gears. You find comfort in skill, not whether you drive automatic or manual, that kind of mindset is amateur level thinking. At least me personally, I haven’t owned an automatic car since 2020. I daily drive manual, I hardrace manual, i manual swap automatic cars. The only time i drive automatic cars are for my business, and that isn’t quite frequently as i only need it for big jobs. I find the automatic cars definitely easier and lighter on the mind as you aren’t constantly thinking other than just braking and accelerating. There’s no shame in driving automatic at all, but don’t sit there and say manual is this and that if you don’t have valid experience with it.

Question I have an 07 civic si I'm thinking I blew my tranny out I shifted from first to second and it popped out really weird never did that but I was at a light when light changed I put in gear and nothing but the speedo that goes up goes to 0 when I press clutch someone said the axel is out so a guy I know he's tranny dude but I don't know who's side he on said axels are in needs transmission 1500 used what can I do I need my car I'm stuck in the desert

You can put in AC all you need is the k series ac compressor + condenser (I didn’t have a working one at the time)

I used a R18 hasport mount (had it when i was turbo R18) and machined a new insert that fits the Si bracket on Oil pan so that I could keep the R18 subframe

I been watching your KZbin and love it. I'm doing a k24a2 swap in a Honda civic 8th gen hybrid and I wanna know can a TSX type-S selector mechanism work with a k20z3 shifter cable?

Dm me for more info @lowered_8thgen but from what I know tsx and 8th Gen use same style selector but you might have slight problems shifting because of shift selector weight differences but don’t quote me on it

You can use stock rotors and calipers but me personally I have S.S brake lines as well as dot 5 fluid and better rotors and pads

so you can use the r18 sub frame instead of going for an si subframe ? also as far as the oil pan , i was wondering if i put a k20 in would i need to modify the oil pan or is that just with the k24? almost got all my info together just gotta decide which engine is gonna give me less hassle to build on

You NEED to Stabilize your Engine by Fully installing your Passenger side Engine Mounts. It's just going to CAVE in on itself if you leave it the way it is now. Yeah, it looks good but good looks isn't going to HOLD it in the Engine Bay. Nope! And you'll Cause a Real Bad Accident to yourself and Others! Other than that Nice Paint, congrats on having the Confidence to SWAP Out K20 - K24. But you DEFINITELY need to Keep SAFTY in Mind.

The right-hand bracket will break if it isn't braced to the side and rear where the top torque mount was originally installed.

@BrianGillespie_brianathasport so my car grinded when I put in reverse a couple times prior then stopped and acted fine then a week or two later that's when it did what I said before .. so I gotta pull the axels out of both sides first ? if the splines look good then the diff is shot and basically need new transmission??
