It may just be a coincidence, but I don't think the camera moved at all when "Dave" went to take the drink, and then as soon as he finished walking back, it got adjusted. So, I think you're probably right, and not just because of the awful performance.

One thing he's wrong about is SCO, in that he refers to them in the past tense. This thing is still ongoing to this day. IBM, Redhat, and others have active legal disputes with them. And by them, I mean SCO's bankruptcy trustees.
