When it comes to analyzing the companies in Nepse you are second to none. Others also fundamentally analyze the companies but they just spew the shit that everyone can analyze like EPs, net profit,operating cost blah , blah blah. But you go ahead and analyze all the financials along with management that too in detail which takes lots of research in the case of Nepal as information is not easily accessible to the general public like other countries. I would suggest you march forward with this type of videos with your out of the box analysis style. The next companies could be SCB,SICL,RBCL and such. Anyway thank you.

But when the company announces share dividend the number of share of both (( promoter share buyer and normal kitta share buyer )) increase proportionately .... in share dividend ...both gets equal ... confused here .... then why dont we just buy promoter share ??? What is the advantage of normal share over promoter share ???

SHL ko p/e is >35 . pbv ni 9 xa . 220 rs per share might seem cheap but 25 rs book value bhayeko stock lae "Undervalued Multibagger Stock"? bhanna chae mildaena jasto lagxa .Still the fact that they have the catering contract on all international flights from Nepal was something i didn't know as of before . And again there is a clear incentive behind releasing this on a Friday . The stock will pump on Sunday for no apparent reason . I would invest in it if I were holding 10+ years but as of right now , i think there are far better companies you can put money behind
