Soap Challenge club - Dustpan design - Cold process soap

Dragon Fire - This was my entry in the January's Soap challenge club using the Dustpan technique.
The challenge was to create fun designs by pouring the batter from a dustpan! This technique is inspired by the fluid acrylic paint community, but the results of creating designs with soap batter is definitely a little different. 😅
I was inspired by a dragon. I wanted to create the canvas like a skin of a dragon - I used my 3D print screen for the pour pull through technique and just a lighter color from the color of my top (black, white, yellow, orange and red). I like how this turned out. And the top - I wanted to create a fire in the dark. That wasn't so easy because my dustpan was wider than my mold, so in the end I had to pour my batter from it a little differently than I wanted originally. So, this is it what came from the dustpan in the end 😁.
It was really fun! And I am grateful for possibility to be part of this challenge!

The bottom layer of the soap is a soft pastel tone and the top layer is the color of intense lava! What a unique design! It feels like a volcano has erupted in a beautiful and peaceful city!
