You did all of this yourself? Ever thought about applying to help make an OST for a video game? This 100% sounds like something I would jam to while playing sonic or some other fun, fast-paced game lol. Just think you could apply, show your channel as your work history, and if they had any brains they'd hire you to help with music lol.

That would be the dream. I was approached once by a company that created popular Roblox games but what they were asking for was way above my abilities. I dunno, I also just don't believe I have what it takes to provide video game quality music.

@@SoaralotMusic I fully understand! Its only natural to cast doubt on yourself when you are educated and know a lot about the "worlds best" in your craft. (race car drivers know about the other "worlds best"/elite race car drivers, and will always think they arent quite good enough. humility often comes with experience :) ). But also, not trying to blow smoke or "kiss ass" or anything like that, but you are DEFINITELY good enough to compete with the "pro's" lol, not kidding in the slightest. Have you ever thought about trying to make music for a specific theme/atmosphere? Just trying to think of what a game dev/publisher would be looking for, and I would assume they just tell your info about a level/area and you create music to fit that theme/vibe(I hate to assume though, you know what they say about when you assume lol). Could maybe put together some tunes that are like "dunegon area" and "jungle area" and other things like that. Maybe I'm completely delusional, but i swear, your music is just as good (if not better) than a LOT of newer video game music lol. If I were a game dev, and could browse all your music history to kinda "vet" you, I would 100% hire you over someone who will charge me twice as much and deliver the same product. You've got plenty of music making work experience/history, and don't have any "bad habits" learned from working with/for a big-big corp. Sorry to type out a book btw lmao. Just keep with it though! I see no reason why you cant/wont be hired to make a games OST! ❤

@@SoaralotMusic You are already creating video game quality music tho~ I could definitely hear this track playing in a racing game like Ridge Racer, for example. As the saying goes, we're all our own worst critics but try not to sell yourself short!
