I'd call that physical attraction. Having a crush on someone means that you have feelings for them not only based on looks but also personality and interests. Overall, a crush is someone who you want to get to know better even if you already know them.

She confessed to me, she said she did that so that no one will notice that she started to like me since she really hated be back then.
