10th of Jan 2020, I was shipped off to a Rehab called sanctuary lodge, Taner was the manager there, I spent 6 weeks there. They broke me down, rebuilt me, and saved my life. Since then I have got 3 years sober under my belt through Cocaine Anonymous, got a happy partner, 2 kids and a great job. Taner if you see this me and my family thank you from the bottom of our hearts. Daniel.. Great guest mate. Look forward to listening to this one. Love you all.

I adore Taner, known him since our teens. But recently saw him for unconscious mind therapy and my whole outlook on life has changed. I'm not a drinker, never done drugs, but my mental health has been rock bottom and the way I think negatively and had that feeling that you talk about. It's all very similar. I finally feel like I can start moving forward and visualise amazing things to come. Highly recommended this way of thinking. Good luck to you to Dan moving forward x

This is some of the realest shit, loving this podcast. Resonates with me so much and got me to think about my behaviour and how I've been dealing or not dealing with my own shit. I'm taking the plunge to knock the ale on the head. Spent years thinking it's everyone's else's misunderstanding of me so why stop but me + ale and ADHD is a recipe for disaster and its taken me 36 years to be honest with myself. Keep doing what you're doing mate you're helping a lot of fucked up fellas like me.

@@menacetosobrietypodcast the only thing I’d say is Dan needs to stop apologising about preaching, at the end of the day it’s a podcast about sobriety if people don’t get that from the name before they click on it fuck knows 😂 this is not in anyway a dig at all, just saying as he’s doing it most of not all the episodes so far! Nah of course dapper is class but he’s right, a podcast host should allow his guest to speak otherwise it somewhat becomes a shouting match a speaking over one another. I’m sure dapper wants this to become bigger and better so little constructive criticism won’t hurt him 💪 but the be end all is the info he’s spreading and the messages he’s portraying are class and helpful!

Ah I’d disagree. It’s just dialect and an form of identity or individualism. Gary vaynerchuck is very successful and from New Jersey gives very respected keynotes and a peaches and courses madly. It’s been brought up as well on his end and he says same. Fuck it. He is who he is. Why change? People either like ya or don’t. Just shout bleep every-time he curses and you’ll not notice. Im Irish so cursing is most definitely a form of communicating in Ireland, the word fuck can be a response to anything! Very versatile word. Ya’d be lost without it in Ireland. 😂
