Love the video! Speaking of DCA, how does the second showing of World of Color work when the park closes at 10 but the show is at 10:15?

Generally, you have to show up like 45 minutes before the show time. So I imagine if you are in the show area you stay through the end of the show. Otherwise, they start ushering guests out of the park.

These were my first ever merch videos. So I have quite a bit to learn about curating that type of content. I was attempting to make this more of an overview of what’s broadly available and the types of merch you’ll find, but not necessarily these exact items (or prices) as what’s for sale changes so frequently. That being said, most of Disney’s standard apparel is in the $20-$35 range. Spirit Jerseys are more. Not sure on exact price, but we’re talking $80. Loungeflys are also in the $80-$100 range. Mugs float around $20

Love how both DCA and Disneyland there stores interlock with each other on the mainstreets. I really want a jersey sweatshirt, but their huge on me. Even the small. If I lived close by, I think some trips. I would go just to look at the new merch.

Hmm… There aren’t too many books in the parks. That one I found about Imagineering is a bit of an exception. The best place to check for the most amount of options is going to be World of Disney in Downtown Disney, but I can’t guarantee they’ll have anything.

The only Starbucks merch I saw was the table inside Trolley Treats towards the beginning of this video. Actual Starbucks in Downtown Disney might have different offerings. Trolley Treats is adjacent to the Fiddler, Fifer, and Practical Cafe (aka Starbucks inside DCA).

Hi Traver! My husband and I will be at both parks May 23-25. Two of those days (24th, 25th) are Grad Nights at DCA. Do you have any insight on how crowds tend to be at the parks for Grad Nights? I know they haven’t been back for awhile and I was curious. We have park hoppers and I’ve watched all your videos so we’re going to have an amazing time regardless! Thank you for putting out amazing content and any help you might be able to give me. 🎉🎉🎉

I don’t really have a clue, no. The good thing is that grad nights won’t really affect park closures. DCA shuts down an hour earlier, but it used to close at 9 PM a lot, so that’s no biggy really. The only real loss is no World of Color. Aside from that, the parks will definitely be busier than the non-Grad days because Disney makes grad tickets dirt cheap. We are talking it’s cheaper to go to Grad Night and pay for the full day’s ticket upgrade than it is to actually buy a Tier 6 ticket. That means most Grad Nite attendees will choose to upgrade to a full day ticket. This is different from most After Dark events because they usually only let you in 3 hours early.

I absolutely love your videos. So informative. I'm coming over from Australia with my Mum in June,but we're only going to Disneyland for one day,so we'll definitely be there at rope drop till late. My question is, I really love the mug of Dug from Up, is there anywhere in Downtown Disney or Disneyland that stocks this mug,because I really want it, as it's so damn cute. You could always check World of Disney. If they don’t have it, the Disney Home store might. I can’t say for certain as I haven’t been through there. But they are possibilities.

Quick question about CA Adventure, as I'm going to both parks in a few weeks (Memorial Day weekend). Are they closing Incredicoaster early? I just looked at the app (it's 8:45 p.m. now and the park closes at 10 p.m.) and it shows no wait time. If that's the case, I'll ensure I get on a few extra times before it closes that evening

All of the Pixar Pier rides close early due to World of Color. This is similar to Fantasyland and Toontown closing during fireworks at Disneyland.
