Soccer Ball Cake / Football Cake Tutorial

Hello everybody!
In this video i show you how to make a soccer ball cake.
I hope you like it!

Ingredients for the dough:
- 420 g all-purpose flour
- 6 eggs
- 250 g sugar
- 2 package (8 g) vanilla sugar
- 1 package (15 g) baking powder
- 250 ml oil
- 250 ml lemon soda or sparkling water (whichever you like)
- 1 tsp vanilla aroma
- Food color of your choice
Ingredients for italian buttercream:
- 3 eggs whites size M
- 300 g sugar
- 500 g soft butter
- 150 g powdered sugar
- Aroma to taste

It’s a flexi smoother. U can also use acetate. It’s great for smoothing buttercream and also for helping smooth sugarpaste (fondant) so u get nice sharp corners x
