SOCCER FAN Reacts To Ohio State Marching Band Tribute to Blockbuster Movies

GoddyGE, the first blockbuster was Superman. Nowadays, he changes into his suit by spinning. But, in the black-and-white days of TV, he went into a phone booth to change, which is depicted here. He then flew up to the top of a building to prevent it from tipping over. On Superman's cape was a red and yellow "S". #2 was Harry Potter, as you recognized. At 7:30 is Harry flying on a broomstick, with his white scarf flying behind him. As you heard the announcer say, next was Jurassic Park. Please note that just above the white 10 was someone who was supposed to be a Michigan player; at 10:30, he began swallowing him, and a few seconds later, he spit out his helmet. Hilarious! In the "Pirates" section, Ohio State sank the ship of U. of Michigan. I've noticed comments from other people who've actually been in a college band, that these band members spend more time on the field the week before a show than the team itself. Also, they do a show at every home game, with there usually being 5 or more per season. They learn these shows in just 1 week. Although they don't get paid, they can receive a very sizable band scholarship.

Clark Kent cacked into the phonebooth and came out as Superman then pushed the building back up. How did you miss that?

You got the first one. It was Superman, they made the S symbol then they showed Clark Kent going into a telephone booth, turning into Superman and flying up to stop a building from falling over. The one after that was Lord of the Rings. They formed a ring and then the bad guy, the Eye of Sauron.

⁠@@GoddyGEDon’t worry about it. I watched a few of these and most reactors miss that one. If you listen you can actually hear the announcer finishing the description with the words: “Mount Doom!” Sometimes people get it because of the music. They’ll recognize the movie based on that

the first superman movie staring Christopher Reeve there was a building over and superman kept his power a secret and jumped into a phonebooth and raised it back up to save lives there is five of these movies try to find them they are good to watch

Superman was the first movie and he was putting the falling building back. Then it was Lord of the Rings, and Sauron’s eye. Then, Harry Potter and Harry playing quidditch on his broom. Then Jurassic Park and Pirates of the Caribbean.
