This is SO brilliant. This wooden performance by Gary, eventually turned him into an extremely capable broadcaster. He became the BBC's highest paid presenter - before they sacked him for a tweet he made criticising the government (who had, at that point, taken over the BBC as their own political mouthpiece - not like when he joined decades before)
