Why don't we see a give and go anymore? Francis, Givens and Bowles were the masters of it. Such a simple way of opening up a defence.

Great player - very unlucky that he became injury prone at his peak.

Would have been England captain for years, but unfortunately would have probably gone to a big club.

We'll never know - in the seventies - smaller clubs could challenge - Ipswich, Southampton, Nottingham Forest, Derby etc.
