Just bought a pair of superfly 4's and honestly they're amazing. The glue did fall apart on one of them so I had to buy some crazy industrial glue and tape to fix it but I don't really care because they're so nostalgic for me (I was a kid back then and could only spend hours looking at them online). Back in 2014 they were SO rare it was unreal. Never saw them in any stores, no other kids had them, don't think I saw a pair in real life until 2015 lmao

The heel was bad, or at least, the fuse rubbed a lot against the heel in certain shapes (mine). Otherwise, everything was on par, if not better

Completely agree that technologically, the newer boots are better and offer quite a few noticeable advancements. But I do miss the carbon fiber sole plates. Even if Nike just added some hints of carbon fiber to the boot...I'm sure they'd fly off shelves.

In regards to quality. All 10+ year boots will start to separate boots from the sole. I had to get mine professionally re glued together and I decided to also stitch them together for added reinforcement. Other than that they’re great light tight and great boots

I have both and tbh I much prefer the superfly 4. I much prefer the slimmer midfoot and slimmer overall design with also bring for me even more comfortable due to the large amount of stretch from the fly knit. I'd say that prefer the studs of the new boots but otherwise I genuinley was disappointed by the new models. Their lockdown is atrocious for normal feet. If u have a giant wife midfoot that I think u would prefer the new ones. Just look at how sculpted the superlfy 4 look!

funny how I never had an issue with the discomfort on the superfly 4s. I got a pair of Lilac Superfly 4s with money saved up back when they released and really miss them being brand new (wear and tear ended them). Best 5 years or so of continous use. I then tried getting a pair of superfly 7s and it just wasn't the same. Fit and feel just wasn't it the sizes were just not it for me. I then got a pair of the superfly 8s and I don't use them for the same reason. Good review none the less Its funny how everyone has different opinions on these boots.

11:58 Yeah the superfly 9 doesn’t have enough protection on the heel of ur foot but u said in a other video that the superfly 10 have more cushion and padding on the foot heel so u won’t get as easily in ur foot heel blisters

I honestly can't say which one is better because I never owned a top end pair of football boots. I always worn take downs or academy versions. But if I had the money to afford either one, I would go for the superfly 4's. Those designs were so cool. The new Nike boots look like barf in my opinion

First up, top video 👌🏼 Now a Little Problem i noticed, I know it‘s a different topic but could maybe someone explain to me this: I got 1 pair of Vapor 15 SG (in complete black) one pair of Superfly 9 SG (Haze blast) and one paar of Superfly 9 FG (haze blast) why is the colour of my in soles different between FG and SG Superfly 9 but also different between Vapor SG an Superfly 9 SG ? (FG Superfly an SG Vapor Are yolk yellow and SG Superfly is greenish)

Nothing in particular is super wide through the toes, although if you get something with a leather upper, they’ll stretch after some wear and allow for extra width
