Hey Josh, quick question, on Nike website, they didn't mention Teijin upper on the Veloce II, they claim a soft lightweight synthetic upper instead, and the soleplate is PTU rather than Nylon on Vapor. do you think it's quite different? because after watching your video, I'm considering save $70 go with the Veloce II, but if I am going to loose both Teijin upper and Nylon soleplate, I will think again. +Tom Fisher The Superfly is a little wider in comparison to the Vapor, but it's still a tighter fitting shoe. The overall feel is quite a bit different though.

The quality is not the best but not the worst. If you're looking for the best quality boot, the Adidas Copa Mundial is your best bet. Many people don't like it because it is made out of leather. If you like synthetic shoes, the Vapor X and Hypervenom Phantom are both great shoes. They're both pretty pricy but they're so worth it.

MCmaster_5 They do not make a youth version of the Veloce 2. Only the Vapor 10 and Victory models are available in youth.

Position doesn't matter for boots. The only real attribute I can think off is protection if you're playing a Defensive role and are more likely to be stepped on

DissectingOnline First of all, you are more likely to be stepped on if you're playing an attacking role since defenders try to take away the ball from your feet and step on your feet in that process. Not the other way round. Secondly, position does matter. It is pointless wearing Superfly 4 if you're a goalie, or even a center back. Each boot is made for a specific purpose such as explosive acceleration and that's why they're priced differently.

alexis ramos There's definitely a difference, and I do think that the Vapor 10 is the better boot. With that said the Veloce 2 is still a very capable performer. You have to determine "worth" for yourself, but you can't go wrong either way.
