Thank you. Knowone understands how hard school is with social anxiety. I literally rehearse saying yes miss or yes sir so many times before I say it because I don't want my voice to crack or I don't want to be too loud so that it draws attention to me. This video made me feel like I'm not alone in the world.

Needed a video about this. That being said, social anxiety isn't a phobia, it is a shame of yourself so great that when you are in social situations, you think that people will think badly of you.

Hi everyone, sometimes we can't keep comments on KZbin but we want you to know that for any diagnosis, you can always make an appointment with your doctor and talk through how you've been feeling. That's not always easy to do but there's always support. And support with things like exams, school and friends and the extra stress and anxiety they can bring or cause. We can't offer direct support here on KZbin but we know that the Childline counsellors are always there for any young person in the U.K under the age of 19. You can talk to them about how you are feeling and about all the different things in your lives - nothing is too big or too small. It's free to call them on 0800 1111 and you can talk online too at www.childline.org.uk/get-support/

I find that music can sometimes help at night if you're able to listen to some. Music on a playlist that calms you.

Imagine it as a spectrum. Different people have a unique space on it that's unique to them.

If my friends and family don‘t understand about this social anxiety ,should I try to make them be understanding or just keep this secret by myself trying to use my own ways to solve problems. Like when I am walking down the street I pretend to be someone else that would be better or just make myself be positive are great idea.
