You don’t need to regain popularity every in game day to maximize profits. If you start from full popularity you will gain 50k in 48 minutes if you wait another 48 minutes it will still give you 50k it’s only if you wait for a 3rd time that it will decrease down to 45k so there is no point to immediately gain popularity after just one in game day. On a side note, if you enter the nightclub with passive mode active, you will always get a troublemaker to kick out and get a free 10k as long as you wait at least 48 minutes before doing it again.

Came here to say the same thing. Huge time saver and always works 100% I usually top up the popularity bar after 3 48 minute sessions since you're only missing out on $5k. Will probably have to switch that up this week because it's double money and gives out $100k instead of $50k. Therefore the safe fills much faster

Never deliver a VIP AGAIN. Go in passive mode BEFORE entering your nightclub. And you will automatically receive a kick out a troublemaker mission. No, you can't farm it for popularity repeatedly BUT it always guarantees a throw out troublemaker mission. YOU'RE WELCOME.

Rebooking DJ tip: Always use your computer in the warehouse to rebook a DJ, you will skip the cutscene plus you wont spawn in the middle of the dance floor.

Never rebook. Just got into passive mode before you enter and throw out trouble maker. Cost you zero money and didn't require you to travel 10 minutes across the map. And you get $10k. Don't spend $10k.

Just to add an addendum to the section about the Nightclub Goods. You can also unlock Cargo and Shipments just from having a Hangar as well, without needing a Special Cargo Warehouse

Yes this is a good shout and It's vice versa. You will unlock Cargo & Shipments if you own either a Hangar OR Special Cargo Warehouse. You do not need both.

To clarify: The easiest way to keep your popularity maxed out is to go to your nightclub every 2 hours I would say, but before you enter, quit CEO or MC and then enable passive mode. This will ensure that you get the troublemaker event in the nightclub which only requires you to press one button to do, rather than the drunken VIP missions which is boring af and takes a loooot longer.

9:10 - I just wanna add, for those who do have them, doing the daily stash houses has a CHANCE to refill these other businesses, it’s another passive way to filling it up without running back and forth it to. Trust me before you know it those other businesses will be full. Stash houses are convenient if you have multiple businesses and/or working on another business, and yes they can give you weapon or acid supplies too.

Quick question; if I am selling Meth and Cocaine to the street dealers, then does that take away from the Nightclub Warehouse stock? I saw that I lost some stock the other day and I believe selling to the street dealers was the reason for that.

Few tips from experienced player: 1. Never buy Mule Custom. It's the slowest delivery vehicle and you don't need it to sell. You will be selling either with Speedo Custom (Van) which is best in terms of speed and control OR Pounder Custom which is still faster than Mule Custom. 2. Upgrade your delivery vehicles to maximum. Max armor is able to withstand many explosions. Before Lazer cannon was nerfed I was able to withstand one spray in fully upgraded Pounder Custom and this truck is kinda big. So again, you will have a pretty good armor once it is upgraded. 3. Pounder Custom is heavy and has a slow acceleration. So be careful driving it, do first sell missions with it in private lobby to get used to it. It can stuck easily, especially with the plow in the front, also it cannot go under some bridges with missiles turret. 4. Mines are very good to protect you during sell missions. No one can lock on you when you selling Nightclub so mk2 griefers usually go close to the ground to shoot you. And it's so satisfying and funny to destroy them with mines. 5. Once you do first sell missions in a private lobby to get used to the mechanics of missions and vehicles - sell in public lobbies. 50% on top of your sell is a very nice bonus and I cannot resist it. You are still safe - no one can lock on you, there is always 1 sell vehicle, it's good armored and has weapons if you upgraded it. Just activate Ghost Org when needed, if things go wrong - change the lobby. With almost full stock you lose only half of your coke stock. Sometimes when I switched lobby I didn't lose anything. You can also sell as minimum as you like - $2500 worth of weed just to see how it works. So you won't regret losing it.

Great Video, way better than the old Guide. Was looking for a sell vehicle Guide for a while now. Finally you included them but didnt say too much about it. What I learned from experience is: - you dont need the middle size vehicle (never bought it) -you will sell With the small vehicle, as Long as you only have one bar of Product, If you have more, you will use the bis Truck (Bus it before) -if you are selling in Public Lobbys for extra pay, the big truck is actually fairly Safe If you Upgrade it completely. It Tanks a Lot and is able to defend With mines and rockets

Guys I’m gonna share this secret which I really hope they don’t patch. Please like so TGG sees and it goes round the community. After you get 200k in your safe (this week) 100k usually. Go into passive then go into the nightclub garage and get up the steps to the office then you should 100% of the time get a kick out troublemaker rather and 0% deliver the VIP.

The nightclub in LSIA is perfect for deliveries that go up to the highway, and for any business battle that comes from the salvage yard, foundry, and, when it was available, the aircraft carrier (because you could steal a plane from the carrier and land it alongside the club, and take-off again. It required a bit of skill but it was possible. With the Raiju it would've been so cool) Yes, business battles are important. You can fill your stock faster. And in a week like this one, is especially important to speed up things. Also, you can get the Epsilonist clothes in the bathroom, paying an employee multiple times.

TGG love ya but there's some stuff left out here First is an opinion, Strawberry is the best location, if you often play public lobbies. It's position is prefect for two of the major business battles. The ones that have 8 crates in them. Can't remember the location names, think one is like Roger's scrap yard, the other is an incinerator or something. Next, if your going to use switching DJ's to raise popularity, do it from either the basement or the master control terminal (arcade). Reason being, if you do it from your nightclub office, you'll have to go through a cutscene. If done from the other places, you can just rebook back and forth. When entering your nightclub in passive mode, you ONLY get kick out of nightclub mission, never drive a vip mission. This is honestly the best way to keep up popularity. And lastly, you only need to raise your popularity ever third in game day. From max popularity, you'll get 50k in the 1st and 2nd day. In the 3rd you'll get 45k from the decrease. So it's best (time wise) to go to your nightclub when it has 145k, enter passive, kick someone out and collect the 145k. Reason you collect them is the safe can only hold 250k, so by the next third day you come back to collect, your safe will be maxed and you'll have lost out on some profit. I feel like both ‘Cargo & Shipments’ and ‘Sporting Goods’ are the ones that take the longest to fill up. In between that time, my other products will fill up much faster, so what I do is sell these products individually. That way the techs stay busy collecting and refilling what I just sold instead of just have them idling around once a product is full. Once my cargo and sporting goods is full, only then is when I proceed to sell the full warehouse

When most of your products are full and you have 1 lagging behind, you have 4 technicians not sourcing passively. So if you fill the special orders, your technicians can be always sourcing at their maximum potential and you wont be gradually losing passive sourcing power by just waiting for it to fill all the way

To guarantee kick out trouble maker, just go in passive mode and enter through the garage entrance, not the main walk-in entrance. Works 100% of the time for me and saves so much time compared to the driving one.

I've been using the Nightclub since it came out, and I think I have had stock for the special orders literally twice in that time - and the amount it pays can only be very slightly more than normal, I did a quick calculation and there didn't seem to be any difference. It is a great business, so easy to get money passively; and the sell missions are less boring than the other businesses too.

been playing for over 5 years and my nightclub has been raided but it has only happed a very few times, think about 3 and if I remember correctly this was only because I was doing a full day grinding out special cargo creates as a CEO in the same lobby, I do have the security but not sure it would matter much if I didn't. it's nice having an NPC in your loading bay / parking garages protecting your vehicles :)

I've been raided a few times, but it's super rare. Like maybe 3 times in the past year and it's been my main source of revenue for a while. All the security upgrade does is double the raid timer that gets triggered when your stock goes above a certain percent.

While selling goods in a public lobby is risky, it gives a lot more money, to the point where it pays for the upgrades on the delivery trucks. With the upgraded Mule you can lunch missiles, drop mines, and a passenger can operate the grenade launcher. It's quite a spicy box on wheels.

Some important info, there's no reason to max your popularity every 48 minutes, whenever you see the notification popup that the safe is at 100k (200k this week with 2x money) return then, it'll still make max money until that point.

two major tips, if your in passive mode before you enter the club it will ALWAYS give you the kick out mission instead of the driver mission, also as long as u disband your mc club or reitre from vip as soon as your done doing a sell mission or using the laptop, you will never get raided

13:13 it’s actually better to sell when your CC, SAI, and PR fill up (one or all). Once they stop generating, you’ll loose money past that point by trying to save on Tony’s max cut. It also doesn’t pay to move techs from the top five earning business, to the other two lower ones, when the first five have maxed out. Ideally you’re going to end up selling at around 950 to 1 mil.
