I think the struggle with it for a lot of people comes from the idea that their value comes from the specific job that they had (or that worth comes from the paycheck you get), so it's hard for them to see the value in other projects/activities, even if those projects/activities are very meaningful. For example, my dad's cousin had a really hard time when she retired, and actually went back to work for a while, at which point she retired again and then tried an mlm. But then there's people like my dad, when he retires I know he won't have trouble with it because he puts so much value on family and personal growth. He'll spend his time with us kids and his grandkids passing on wisdom, he'll do projects that improve the quality of his life and ours, he'll work to improve himself physically, mentally, and emotionally. I think everyone wants to be like that, it's just sometimes hard to let go of what has taken up so much time previously and be honest with yourself about the values you hold vs the values you want.

It did. It happened since last may but... I'll share. I'm what you call an oozer in arkansas. I hunt public there and they generously have allowed me to pay for full season but only get 30 days. (Half) Arkansas maffs I guess. Anyhow I left my home in Illinois after Christmas. As I crossed the big assed bridge I'm wondering if I'll ever get back. (I did) Repeated it again at the end of season. I'm not sure I'll make it back again..I'll mean if they let me. An oozer is short for out-of-state hunter.

They had plenty of TP too, though I didn't need any at that point. Walmart was 30% cleaned out today. No fresh meat, which is what I went for. I know a stocker there, and he said it was a stocking problem, not a supply problem. I've been saying from the start the biggest problem is not the virus; it's how people react to the virus. As for the tea, I could swear they said "sweet tea" on Duck Dynasty. I hope you're right, though, because sugar is not good.
