It's standard practice to not let anyone else use your login and if he did anything illegal, it would be very difficult to prove it wasn't you considering the action was undertaken on your login he'd know that being from IT. I'd probably rip him a new one for even daring to ask and then report him to his boss and ask, what's he up to. So fail on that attempt at selling your services.
