Hey guys.. I couldn't help myself so here's another one. Some musings on the concept of Social Intelligence and why it's good to be aware of so you can get the most out of your life and more specifically, out of your teammates and peers in the community.
Feedback is appreciated!

One of my favorite youtube series at the moment. The mental side of the game is too often overlooked in my opinion.

I've said it once and say it again thanks a bunch for these vids. You cover the fundamentals of CS:GO so much better than anyone else (if anyone even does it). I am so glad I found your channel! :D

We as a team have been trying to help our teammate that has been playing with us for a year now to get better. However at this point I gave up on trying to be nice cause it's obviously not working on this particular guy.

You should check out a youtube video i saw recently called somthing like "Are you two" or somthing. tangentially eelevant to cognetive dissonance. Video by CGPGrey

I think cognitive dissonance works differently to how you are explaining it. You ask someone to do a small favor and they are more willing to do you a larger favor.
