Every year? These guys are in large groups year round here. I guess the main difference is, here in New Orleans, we have nice weather year round. But here, the cops don't care at all. They don't show up. They don't try to strategize and block off surrounding blocks/streets and slowly close the circle. Not only are there bikes/4wheelers, there are also cars/trucks that go around like this and do huge burnouts and block traffic etc.

Calling 911 doesn't do any good. The cops don't have the manpower to get them off the road. They don't have license plates, so the police can't give them tickets. Somebody is going to get badly injured or killed.

This makes me so angry 😡 I never seen this in my life I’m from Memphis as crazy as this city has become we didn’t have this issue on the streets. These people need to be in the woods or out in a country setting. But, one thing I’ve learned living here these people like been seen in any kind of way. They tribe of negative attention the most. What law enforcement is doing about it? Absolutely nothing. Thats wjy tjese guys are emboldened to get on the freeway. NOPD allows these guys on the sirfafe roads, and State Troopers are non-existent. None of them enforce any laws anyway. These groups run around here and terrorize drivers and pedestrians. And dont think those cameras are a deterrent either. Even if someone was monitoring them and were able to dispatch a unit, the riders will be long gone by the time anyone shows up, 3 days later. They barely show up for a shooting ir stabbing within a reasonable amount of time.
