@@MD-kh4cf I had to go back to see when I posted this. This was posted on November 20th. Not a lot has happened. On November 28th, I asked him if he’d want to exchange numbers. I ended up giving him mine, and then he never texted me until the 12th. On the 5th he asked if I’d teach the high school Bible Study since he was preaching. On the 12th, we actually talked a little because he came upstairs to tell the high schoolers to be good & to listen to me, and then at the end he came upstairs to see something we did. Also on the 12th, we had a “Christmas party” youth night. He looked at me quite a few times but never talked to me. I had made him and the other two youth leaders Christmas treat things (cake balls, reindeer Oreos, etc.). I made them a gift and a card (& he got dog treats and a dog ornament with his dog’s name). When it was over and he was back at his apartment, he texted me that Sunday night to say thanks and that it was thoughtful & to have a merry Christmas. We didn’t talk during the two weeks he was back home and we barely talked today. I wish I would’ve said more but I think I freeze up on the inside

Well these are accurate. My crush did display all the signs depicted but when I came clean about my feelings I faced his rejection. Hi, go away from him, he is a narcissist person. You have to check he is loyal or not. When he is flirting with someone then it means he is manipulating you. Don't go with this person. I used to be a weird shy guy and I'd say most of the examples you gave are correct. However, a confident guy won't be like this. I do the opposite of this one now, I do like some girls but I always think that they're just regular people. I'll give an example, in my office, there's a woman whom every man likes to impress, some are confident and some are hiding it but still confessing to this girl. I act and talk to her like a regular person like everyone else, I'll admit she is so beautiful however I don't want to win her over because I have my priorities (professionally) in life and bigger fish (quality woman) to catch haha! I'm very conflicted right now. (Not sure anyone will see this, but oh well. I need some advice! I believe I fell in love with my best friend who I've known for 3 years now. But what he said recently has me even more conflicted on what I should do. He said that he wouldn't date me again and is pursuing someone else. Please help me! (Edits will just be some updated nothing much lol) Edit 1: here's a little update...I was sitting on the floor at school and some friends were eating lunch on stools, so I leaned my head on his chair. Well I have this connection with a coworker. Everytime he sees me I receive a full smile. He almost knocked down a painting in the hallway because he saw me. He almost walked into a door when walking in the same direction as me once. But he does not walk beside me and he is always in a hurry. However today when we were discussing some work he grazed my hand with his fingers, and he was sitting close beside me. And the other day I caught him licking his lips while we were talking in the break room and he was making a cup of coffee. I also caught him checking out my shoes. And I just have this gut feeling. There’s someone I thought was just too shy, but according to this he’s uninterested. apparently someone else seems to be interested, but that person has a girlfriend. Lol no, the later is just a very confident guy. This didn’t help, it just made me more confused. 😅
