Sahi bol rahe hain ye, main Noida mein rehta hoon. Kal bhi lift mein fasa tha. Central Noida mein kuch societies 5Crore se upwards hain jo shitty rich ke liye hain. Noida societies C Class hain aur overpriced hain resale mein jis quality ko wo offer karte hain. Ye socities kabhi bhi dhah jayengi itni khasta halat mein hain. Nothing comparable to MMR or Pune.

To Be Honest you are telling the truth but other side is every society in Noida/Noida extesnion facing these problems. All who purchased the flat stuck in these condition and facing these challenges and no one can do anything as you need to live there until either govenment aur authority take actions on such Builders/RWA.

Major issues with most of the societies in Noida and Greater Noida: 1. Unregistered, huge land dues pending, no loans 2. Wall seepage, basement seepage 3. Very poor build quality, you can even pull down the cement and plaster by hand. 4. No fire fighting upto 14 floor buildings 5. Some societies are too conjusted to even walk around 6. Open parking sold, no visitor parking left 7. No AOA or corrupt AOA mainly due to builder's influence. AOA is very important from democracy point of view to listen every resident. 8. Maintenance problems including lifts, security, building repairments etc. 9. No shops outside some of the societies. 10. Incomplete societies either because builders got bankrupted or because societies are illegal.

I'm an investor who have invested in residential flats across 20+ cities but have never seen such a condition with any other city. There is absolutely no supply of a liveable society here while demand is too high that residents are forced to live in these worst societies.

Logix blossom Greens in sector-143 is third class society. Poor build quality, Poor maintenance, Temporary electricity & costly, mosquitoes, snakes & bad smell due to chocked sewage three side of society.Still Flat rate & rent doubled in last 2 year.

@@Pravaman my maternal uncle live there maintenance is good only layout is little bit wierd. But that u can take care by utilising balcony space efficiently 1 con is that there is lot of vehicle movement on the internal roads rest all is good but it has aged a bit now.

See, not all the problems in all society. Paras Tierea facing seepage, and water.logging issue, Blossom County facing basement waterloging issue and guest parking major issue. Lift is the big issue in Blossom County. Drinking Water issue in Panchsheel Society.
