Today, we obsess over sports figures, reality TV stars, and some people who are simply famous just for being famous. I think we tend to look up to these fake characters who are way too perfect and it makes us set extremely unhealthy expectations for ourselves and others. In reality these people are real people and most of them have the same problems that we do.

The view people express on social media that they are entitled to know everything about their favorite celebritie's private life sounds like BS to me. People pay for whatever entertainment the artist has released to the public, just like they pay for any other product or service. That does not mean they own the artist or the right to be a fly on the wall of that person's life.

You got it spot on 👍 For example: I am a huge Football (soccer) fan and was scrolling through my feeds to check the scores and in one article I found this "If Selena Gomez's New lipstick doesn't satisfy you,we are not sure what will ‼️" We are living in a world where this piece of crap his important than your own fucking business 😂😂😂

I had this for years, since I was a kid! Many different type of celebrities over the years (i.e. athletes & actors)...I'm old school & my celebrity crushes were from mostly the 80's tv shows & movies (i.e. Hunter von Leer, Gary Sandy, Gregg Henry, etc.)....I thought it was normal to love them (from afar, of course in my case) & watch all their stuff. But it's obviously not. Got to the point I wanted to know ever single thing about their childhood, early years, & other things. It does get crazy....It's a learning process, but I know it can be done.
