Sir I think one more dimension need to be added in the Ogburn theory on change in demography: It can also be concluded that with the rise in tech, the infant mortality rate will decrease, MMR will decrease and life expectancy will rise therefore there will be change in demographics. Demographic transition theory. Also the young generation adopts technological changes easily than the older one.
