Funny thing is that the final cutscene is glitched. If you try to move Lukanov AT ALL after restraining her, the cutscene will not play and you will be stuck with the standard mission end cutscene. I just leave Bravo there. Especially since they clearly didn't even care enough to program Bravo's lines in the final mission.

A shame, too, I really liked Wardog and especially Vandal. The Russian campaign is so glitchy and rushed. I feel like the game was supposed to end during the Algeria arc and they just threw the Russian campaign in to make their game longer.

@@fredherbert7920 I wouldn't say that's the case considering the Mallard twist which was set up in Seeding Chaos. The actual answer is that they were probably rushed to meet deadlines. There were some serious power struggles between the devs and higher ups. It showed with the final SOCOM 2 missions and the disaster that was SOCOM 3.

@@uuuummmmYea Oh, SOCOM 3 was horrific. The team AI, good God, their AI... The followup, Combined Assault, was a lot better but they never did figure out the AI past SOCOM 2. Ironically enough, the PSP games had very good AI, for the most part. They should've have those on consoles.

Haha he saw the dead body on the lower floor somehow...guess he has x-ray vision to be able to see through metal floors...wait not even x-ray can see through metal. Guess its just lazy programming of that last mission. Super glitchy.

Will Mallard recognize the team if he spots them or does he just do the standard "enemies!" yell? Also, I just realized that the ship's bridge is literally copy-pasted into another SOCOM game: Combined Assault. There's a mission where you have to sink a freighter that's in a terrorist-operated port, it's the exact same.

Is Mallard here in the last mission? Never noticed him. That doesn't surprise me about combined assault. They did an extremely lazy job on the single player campaign from Socom 3 and up.

@@matthewpalsky Arjan Manjani, the guy you eavesdropped on (and then cut his throat), at 8:44, is Mallard. He used SOCOM to eliminate the Sesseri Syndicate, as they were competition for Force Majeure.

@@Mr.Burton17 Not all missions demand a completely suppressed weapon loadout, especially at the skill level demonstrated here. On a ship like this one, a suppressed pistol is all you really need since its range covers all the tricky sentries which are too risky for knife kills. Since the stealth rating isn't utterly destroyed upon your first unsuppressed discharge, you can use the sound to send enemies your way; in the context of this mission, it usually means enemies funnelling themselves through doors in the process of closing distance, which makes for easy targets for your A.I teammates.

@@preachermamal8322 u never played it? Yes definitely get Socom 2. It’s really good and so is 3, combined assault is also good but no blood effects, lacks a really cool interactive menu like SOCOM 3 has, enemies have no facial expressions, and smoke is OP, however the best part about combined assault is that it has co op so u can play the single player story online with u and 3 other players, also the music for Socom 2,3 and ca is better than one as well. Also because it’s co op, the seal team dead mission failure system is different, all of u have to be dead for it to be mission failure not just 3 teammates

So I think they got tired of making the game by the time they got to the last 2 missions. You'll notice that they are very glitchy, and the last mission is the worst. They did a lousy job programming those missions. I just noticed that you can literally run up to an enemy without him hearing you in this mission. I think it was just lazy programming.
