Have you managed to find all the sausages in the game and if so what happens if you find all of them?

you just get a badge for finding them all. The badges, however, go towards unlocking weapons and eventually the r44m (revolver) and the mm1 (12 round gernade launcher) This is how I end up with an ak 47 at the start of some of my videos.

yea, the BIOs of a PS2, it'll ask for that the first time you boot it up. Unfortunately the "recommended" solution is to pull that off your ps2 (if you still own one) otherwise you have to go "find" one

You need the BIOs from a PS2 on your computer to play any game in pcsx2. How you get it, is entirely up to you. the "recommended" way is to download it off of your PS2. bfy.tw/BmAz
