I am a manager also, and although i wouldn't scream like this but i totally understand this because sometimes workers just act so dumb its ridiculous. They can easily put in some effort and figure out, but they will rather call you and make you crazy for more help.

Joke or not, that woman is definitely a terrible person. Obviously, being a firm leader is important, but her cadence, quick to anger attitude, and overall tone is just disgusting.
