This video was beyond relatable! I hope I can get myself a flint lock one day! I have a blast with my cap and ball guns but you can shoot all day with a flintlock without feeling guilty about finding more caps lol

I am using a mix that seems to be non corrosive and quite powerful . * grains Barium Chlorate 2 grains charcoal and 3 grains red phosphorous mixed quite wet. @TiglathPileser3

Mark, try this put an empty can on top of a full one. A guy with a rifle shoots the full can. That'll launch the empty. Another guy with a smoothbore loaded with shot has to hit that can in the air to score points....

I was thinking about another way to make a flintlock rifle go bang , and this is what I came up with ... a shaped piece of fire steel instead of a piece of flint . Think about it when it's scraped w/ a piece of carbon steel it sparks a whole lot more than a piece of flint !!
