I think that Emiru is good for Asmongold and I don't mean in a relationship sense, but there is a change in him when she is around and I don't even think it is a conscious thing either. The way he carries himself and even sits, like in this episode - he appears to be more comfortable with himself when she is about. Emiru also tries to open him up to more experiences that he does take on, like the eating challenge that she gave him. Yes it was partly for entertainment, but I think Emiru understands basic psychology and uses it on him, so basically he tries all those foods and has like or dislike reactions to them, but on a psychological level - the ones he liked will start to become part of his diet, not necessarily on stream though, which improves his health. Plus even though, she is more social than him, she is also a "homebody" like him.

I very rarely comment on stuff, and I don’t watch Twitch, but this podcast has been amazing. I wanted to comment about VRChat. There is a huge range of people that get on there. My wife thinks it’s weird because pre covid I used to go to the bar with my friends a lot, but that has pretty much fully been replaced with VRChat. I convinced the same people I used to hang with IRL to try VRChat during the pandemic, and all of our hangouts got genuinely even better than they were in person. Picture this. Instead of socializing with randoms in a small town at a few local bars, every Friday we get to talk to random people from around the world. It’s just much more interesting to me. There are plenty of normal people on there, and I have learned a lot I didn’t know about customs around the world. It’s actually NUTS how good it can be under the right circumstances. You just have to take the time to learn how to find the right crowd for you. Not only that, but the venues are fucking sick. I’ll get slammed with a couple other people and be like “Dude I know this sick world where if you equip a flying avatar you can go to the moon. LETS GO TO THE FUCKING MOON!” Then we fly to the moon, look down at the city, and talk about life experiences. I read this back and it sounds like I’m just one of the weird people you talk about lmao. I’m not though. Idk how to convey what I’m trying to say in a comment but man don’t write off social VR. VRChat is fucking sick tbh.
