This is what I realized...good habts and bad habits are weighed the same by the brain...The bad habit was hard to do at first...until it got easy....All you have to do is change the habit into something that is considered "good" lol. It's how I got back into reading...Every time I tried to read it felt kine someone was taking a brick to my head and I could only read one pragraph before being tired... Now I am reading like there's no tomorrow...and it's far better than scrolling social media over and over again on end...
