Hey guys, I just want to say I haven't watched any of your videos in a while, but I just came here to thank you for helping me pass nursing school in 2022. Keep up the amazing work.

As a respiratory therapist, I would love to see a podcast dedicated to discussing the importance of respiratory therapy and the intricate physiology behind pulmonary drugs, mechanical ventilation, intubation, and airway management for emergencies. These topics are vital for understanding and improving patient care, and a podcast could provide valuable insights and education for both professionals and the public.

Loved the white board lectures, but the podcasts are just as wonderful. I love the cases. Being able to see the process of diagnosis. Working through signs and symptoms as well as pt history. Excellent job!

Wish I could find a doctor that cares enough to think as clearly and carefully as these guys. When you say diarrhea and there is zero discussion about diet...you know you drew the short straw.

I would really appreciate it if the vitals & other lab values r shown as Zach explains how he rules out different diagnosis. - because I kept wanting to see the numbers on the screen as he was discussing it! That way I can follow along too. And maybe at the start the normal values can be shown for the lab values as well! Thank U very much 🙏

Team sodium channel mutations causing pseudohypoaldosteronism here. Doctors act like I'm nuts, and they've never heard of such a thing. When I was a kid, it was called salt wasting. Daily about a gallon of water or more, salt consumed freely and pickles used for orthostatic/hypotension episodes.

This second person is interrupting when you're trying to explain important details. I don't think the treatment was explained properly like how much the sodium should be increased by, etc. Just saying 3% hypertonic saline wasn't enough I felt.
