Drive from knapford to crovans gate (so from knapford and on-ward) and go down some side tracks, you should get some new locations then

Sure, heres what you gotta do: Spawn at kellsthorpe road, and go down the line backwards from there, soon you should (hopefully) reach crovans gate, where you will unlock stepney and his skins I hope this helped
