I'd forgotten how I'd added the dreaded 'three strikes' formula to this when I wrote it, not that anyone seems to have commented yet - watch the floodgates of hate open now :P You did an awesome job George, the film work was splendid, the SFX incredibly natural, it was a pleasure to voice in this!

A+ work here, mate! The film-work fits perfectly with the simple yet entertaining flow of the story. I really love the added steam effects, and how realistic the whole thing is, from the humorous script to the camera angles that make the engines seem much larger. Thomas' cheekiness works well throughout it, and the dialogue was very natural. :) Pardon my ramblings, too much awesomeness for me to have a consistent and organized series of thoughts!

lol, so good to see a story where the Drivers are blamed and not the engines.

I really liked watching this episode as Henry's temper is tested to the limit when the shed master gives him a new footplate crew which leads to a few small accidents. the new driver reminds me a little of Ralf from Oh Dr Beaching.

Loved the humour in that, both in the writing and the visuals. As others have said, it was quite refreshing to have a story based around the crew rather than focusing entirely on the engines. Nicely done!

This has got to be the 1st very vain moment on the "Henry's vain moments" list. Some of the being when he went on strike.

How come you aren't more popular? This was good. It's well written, well voice-acted, and it looks amazing. The premise was a lot different, as well.

Sometimes people have to look beyond what's in front of them to discover a great series such as this and regretfully the vast majority doesn't which is why a tv series episode remake (Terrible one's included) can often rake in a lot more views because of the title alone whereas something more original tends to get significantly less views due to fewer people being aware of it's existence.

Excellent work George! About time you made this, eh? Ha ha :P But in all seriousness, you and Dan have both done a lovely job here. Dan wrote a great story and his narration was superb as always, and your adaptation was wonderful! Not only that, but it was certainly nice to have a story about the crew members of the railway. A very enjoyable comedy-type of story indeed, loved it!

Ha Ha brilliant; very well done indeed. This shows exactly how important experience can be on railways. TardisRescue has a knack for the comedic moments and both of you really brought this to life; this was a fantastic adaptation of his story. It's a shame that the Thomas range from Hornby is regretfully all but dead now as the Hornby Thomas stuff is perfect for the RWS atmosphere but the faces you added would also have a lot to do with it too :)

The story was ok. I don't get why the Fat Controller would give the driver a second chance. Mind you, I haven't seen drivers have a secondary role in a story since that magazine story with Boco so this was at least a unique experience. Railway series faces and your selection of models go hand in hand.

+Chris “Steam-Powered-Cyborg” O'Shea Thank you, it's nice to still get comments on a video like this. I always like to think of The Fat Controller as being a mild mannered but forgiving individual, someone who can sternly access a problem but offer a kinder solution. To be fair, I think the careers of Sudrian railway drivers have survived much worse!

It is refreshing to see drivers get their engines into scrapes instead of the engines themselves. Henry's dialogue didn't cease to amuse; the use of 'drat it all' is especially snigger-worthy. I would point out 'disgraceful' is Gordon's shtick but it's not /that/ big a deal all things considered lol If I had one complaint on how Henry was written, it's his refusal to cover for James even after he's reminded of the disadvantaged passengers. Sorry but the way I see it, Henry's a touch better than that and wouldn't leave them disgruntled with an ill impression of the railway. If I can be so honest, tardisrescue's Henry is my least favourite voice of his. He sounds too 'Duke-like' to me if that makes sense, what with the dominant bass in his voice. It's tricky to describe, but I feel that where Henry should sound snooty and high-strung, Dan makes him sound overly aristocratic, almost like a slightly higher-pitched Gordon. All things considered, this installment holds up rather well even nearly 5 years later, and I appreciate the use of BMM music. Jolly good show lads! :P

Thanks for such a lengthy message. 'Bad Driving' is something that feels very far away from my current inclinations, but nonetheless a story that I'm proud of, and it makes me very happy that people still like to watch it. Very much appreciated.
