Another mesmerising video of your bird sightings, thank you. I was also at Sodwana in the 70's 😊. Came down from Swaziland every summer 💚🤎💚

I have watched one or two of your other videos, when I saw this one pop up. We are in the Cape, so too far for a short visit, but planning a trip to Kzn. Really enjoyed this video, very good photography and the way you put it all together really conveys the feeling of being in the bush. Also appreciate the captions for the bird species, to help learn more and appreciate the birds. Many thanks Barbara

Some cracking birds there, Richard and another excellent video.I saw the broadbill but I'm not sure if I saw Rudd's Apalis there or Mkuze, I need to check my notes.

How were the sightings back in the 70s ?

In Zimbabwe we called that tree with the pink and yellow flowers "tassels for the chef's hat". Apparently used for toothache (don't know which bit).

We were there in 1986 and there were lots of crocodiles. However, they don't appear to be there anymore, or did you seen them but haven;t shown them in this video? Also the bush war was still in progress and the game guards had FN automatic rifles, and there were a lot of army camps round about outside Ndumu.

There were no crocodiles in that body of water(that I noticed). Thank you for watching!
