Shorts will cover for tax loss harvesting so $20 is totally doable. Plus when PLTR ran, it ran from $7 to $20 before pulling back and consolidating and then running again. I think $25 after next quarter ER.

When you say end of year, do you mean end of calendar year, or end of Sofi's fiscal year? I think $20 is totally possible by end of fiscal year as that gives another month plus build up for another earnings. But end of calendar year would require Sofi to go up a dollar a week for the remainder of the year, including weeks with shortened trading due to holidays.

Maybe temporarily but the SoFi balance sheet will look healthier since the debt load will be improved. Not having to service the interest will improve profits as well so overall it should help.

Tevis, I speculate that part of the price action is the convertible note. Isn’t the hedge come into play if the share price stays between $12.20 and $15.54 for 30 days? Does the hedge payout to the investors who bought these notes. Pays off the debt and no dilution. If the price stays above $14.54 then we get the dilution but debt is paid off. Is this assessment correct? I still believe $20+ this year is possible but I hope this plays out after 30 days above the $12.20 and below $14.54.

@ I have rewatched your video and I have read the convertible note information 🤔 I think the price is in the golden zone for the hedge to pay out. So far I don’t think dilution is happening. I also think they avoided dilution from the original note buy buying back said note. This is old news but I think it’s very relevant to current price action.
