You can use the pearls with the rondelles. Druks can be a little smaller in 6mm than Swarovski pearls. Any change in seed bead amounts would become apparent as you bead. I just wanted to show two different beads for the base.

i am threw my first row now i am going threw the second row,i am using bicones and druks .when i put the seed beads in for second row it is a little thread showing, should i add four seed beads instead of 3

You can try it and see how it goes. Sometimes the thread will pull in as you contagious bead.

The bicones are an integral part of this design. Do you have the rondelles? You need something for the base in between the pearls.
