she waits until 1230pm then 1st meal breakfast. this technique is called intermittent fasting. dinner 630pm. no more eating after dinner. that's how u lose weight and maintain healthy figure. i lost 25 pounds from following this method. lost the double chin, fat on my back, love handle around waist 16/8. 16 hours no eating. eat within 8 hour period. u dont need to eat 3 meals. some people eat only one meal. nutrient dense meal. stay slim healthy
